Why not have 320x240 skin

I use 230x240 mobile

i can't use skin "all"

I have a nokia c3 and screen resolution is 320x240 and not the other way around, no way to change the orientation of these skins that are 240x320? or will create skins that resolution? I appreciate the truth as they look great on the page but to put them on my phone are disgusting.
