Both SWF (flash lite) and standard GIF animation are not supported by Java ME from what I have found

i like skins of 320x240, by assuming that all phones have vertical screens? c3-00 nokia has horizontal screen is 320x240 and when I put a 240x320 skin does not look good, do it or tell me how to make it a tutorial or program is used to make the skins.
